Shopping is easy - all parts and accessories are interchangeable between keg sizes, except for stirring shafts. The standard Kegnado fits both the 5- and 10-Gallon kegs. The 15-Gallon keg is shorter, so you'll need the T15 Kegnado for the perfect fit.
