Recipe created by Linda VoThis is a play on a Stockholm Royale. As a kegged cocktail, once garnished and presented this is an eye-catching crowd pleaser. Once people see it, they will also want to order it, purely for the aesthetics, and time will not be wasted shaking, pouring and floating when you have implemented Kegnado™.

Notes:
* This 5.5 fl. oz. cocktail served without ice and in 6 fl. oz. sugar rimmed martini glass. Optional garnishes are a lemon twist, cherry, or a fresh purple orchid.
* All cocktails are calculated on a standard 750 mL bottle of the base liquor, which will always be the 1st ingredient.
* The recipe for the sweet and sour mix is based on a 1:1 ratio on fresh lemon juice to simple syrup ratio. The recipe for the simple syrup is based on a 1:1 ratio as opposed to the typical 2:1 (sugar to water) ratio. Because these cocktails are not built on or shaken with ice, the extra water accounts for the lack of ice. Kegnado™ will add the desired aeration for the cocktail in lieu of being shaken.
* This batch will yield 118.3 servings.
