To get ready for serving carbonated cocktails on busy nights, you may want to prepare a backup batch to minimize downtime when switching an empty keg for a full keg. Simply fill a second Keg with your mix, install the Lid, insert and tighten the Shaft with the wrench provided, pressurize the keg, and stash it in the cooler. When your first keg runs dry, simply swap the empty keg for the backup keg by transferring the Motor and the gas/draft lines.
